How it works

The games are played in teams of 3-6 people, using a tablet or laptop. A typical game takes between 60-90 minutes to play. Being digital to the core, you get all the data in real time on dashboards and feeds which most clients use in a debrief right afterwards. We help tailor the game to your topic and you can choose from two main game formats: Business Game and Escape Game.

How the games are tailored to your topic

We have two game platforms that can be adapted to any initiative or topic, so step one is to choose the one that suits your needs. We then interview you to understand the topic, and use our templates and case study data bank to to save time in the design phase. We always try keep the input needed from you to a minimum.

1. Business Game format

This game format focuses on lots of group discussion and peer-2-peer learning, with dilemmas trivia and a branded game board. The game is quite flexible in terms of time length and how the content can be adapted.

2. Escape Game format

More on the fun side, this virtual Escape Game sees participants solving challenges related to your topic within 60 minutes to "escape the room". 

The storyline - You have been hacked! 
A group of hackers have managed to break into your servers and lock down all your corporate files. They threaten to erase it all in 60 minutes. But the hackers are not motivated by cash, their agenda is more philosophical. If you and your teams really understand the topic and prove it, they might relent.


Most of our clients choose to launch a game at a live managers meeting, with our staff present to help out. After that, the game is typically rolled out across the organisation as a road show or entirely self delivered by local line managers. Ask us for more details on global roll-outs.
